Do you sometimes get scared of monsters when you need to get out of bed at night? Lamb shared this strategy with me this week–mostly because I woke in the middle of the night fearful that there was a train coming down the hallway. Maybe it will help you, too.

About 10% of Mennonites who refused to serve in World War I were imprisoned in Fort Leavenworth; other COs went to Alcatraz.
